PATEK PHILIPPE Annual Calendar Chronograph, Reference 5905/1A-001, Stainless Steel, Bracelet, Box and Papers, Year 2022, Like-New

Launched in 2021, the 5905/1A brought one of Patek's most sought-after complication pairings, annual calendar and flyback chronograph, into steel for the first time, a genuinely rare combination for the manufacture and an instant favorite among collectors.

The 42mm stainless steel case is entirely polished with a convex bezel and rectangular pushers, worn on the integrated steel bracelet with contrasting polished and satin-brushed links and a double deployant clasp, with a sapphire display back revealing the movement.

The olive green sunburst dial pairs white gold faceted hour markers and dauphine hands with white luminescent coating, the annual calendar indications arranged along a graceful arc that needs correcting only once a year, on March 1st.

Inside runs the caliber CH 28-520 QA 24H, Patek's own self-winding movement combining a flyback chronograph with a modern vertical clutch and the manufacture's annual calendar mechanism, delivering 45 to 55 hours of power reserve from 37 jewels.
