We are delighted to offer this stunning Patek Philippe Ref. 5905R-001 in 18k rose gold, featuring a sleek bronze sunburst dial and mounted on its original black alligator strap with rose gold Patek Philippe pin buckle.
This modern Patek classic, the 5905R blends elegant proportions with serious horological credentials — combining an annual calendar with a flyback chronograph powered by Patek Philippe’s in-house calibre CH 28‑520 QA 24H.
This fine movement is visible through the sapphire display back and boasts a column wheel chronograph, day-date-month apertures, and 24-hour indication.
Measuring 42mm, the rose gold case wears beautifully — refined yet bold, with crisp case architecture and polished finishing throughout. The dial is pure class: brown/bronze sunburst with gold-applied hour markers and luminous hands, providing exceptional legibility and contrast.
