We are delighted to present this exquisite Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph Ref. 5905R-001, crafted in 18k rose gold and paired with a rich brown alligator leather strap and matching rose gold folding clasp.

Combining two of Patek Philippe’s most celebrated complications — the annual calendar and the flyback chronograph — the Ref. 5905R stands as a modern masterpiece of technical sophistication and refined aesthetics.

The 42mm rose gold case offers a contemporary yet perfectly balanced presence on the wrist, featuring beautifully sculpted lugs and a polished finish that radiates warmth and elegance.

Its stunning sunburst brown dial transitions gracefully to black toward the periphery, enhancing depth and legibility. The dial layout is superbly symmetrical: the day, date, and month apertures are displayed along the upper arc, while the 60-minute chronograph counter occupies the lower register — a hallmark of Patek Philippe’s meticulous sense of proportion.

At the heart of the 5905R beats the self-winding Caliber CH 28-520 QA 24H, an in-house movement visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. It combines a traditional column wheel with a vertical clutch system, ensuring precise chronograph operation and seamless start-stop functionality. The movement also houses Patek’s ingenious Annual Calendar mechanism, requiring adjustment only once per year, at the end of February.
