Originally created in 1931 for British polo players in India, the Reverso became legendary for its ingenious reversible case design. The swiveling case was developed to protect the watch crystal during polo matches by allowing the wearer to flip the case over and expose the solid metal back instead of the dial. Over the decades, the Reverso evolved from a practical sports watch into a true icon of haute horlogerie and elegant design.
