The IWC DA VINCI Perpetual Calendar Chronograph Ref. 3750, launched in 1985, is a monumental achievement in the art of watchmaking that combines technical innovation and aesthetic elegance. Designed by Hanno Burtscher and equipped by Kurt Klaus with an ingenious perpetual calendar module, the timepiece redefined the possibilities of mechanical watchmaking.
The integration of a perpetual calendar into a chronograph movement was groundbreaking and allowed the user to set all functions via the crown - a first in the industry. The perpetual calendar is accurate to the year 2499, and the moon phase display is accurate to 122 years.
The IWC DA VINCI Perpetual Calendar Chronograph is a rare and highly sought-after collector's item. The combination of technical sophistication and artistic design makes it a special feature in the history of IWC.
