We are pleased to present this excellent Cartier Tank Américaine, reference 1734, in 950 platinum with black aligator strap and 18kt white gold folding clasp.
This example, originally produced around 2000, has just undergone a complete Cartier service in 2025, ensuring impeccable performance and presentation. Offered here in excellent condition, it remains a stunning representation of the Tank Américaine’s signature aesthetic—sleek, elongated proportions, curved case, and perfectly balanced Art Deco design.
The rectangular platinum case, measuring approximately 45mm x 26mm, exhibits Cartier’s mastery of proportion and form, while the silvered guilloché dial with Roman numerals and blued-steel sword hands completes the look with understated sophistication. The watch is fitted with Cartier’s manual winding mechanical movement.
