We are pleased to offer this excellent Cartier Calibre de Cartier Ref. W7100009, crafted in 18k rose gold with new brwon aligator strap and rose gold folding clasp.

Introduced as part of Cartier’s modern era of in-house watchmaking, the Calibre de Cartier combines robust architecture with refined Parisian design codes. The 42mm 18k rose gold case showcases a harmonious balance of polished and satin-brushed surfaces, highlighted by the brand’s signature faceted crown set with a blue synthetic spinel cabochon — a subtle hallmark of Cartier elegance.

The silvered opaline dial features bold Roman numerals, sword-shaped blued steel hands, and a date aperture at 3 o’clock, all framed by a deep chapter ring that enhances legibility and depth. The small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock adds balance and technical character to the composition.

Powering the watch is Cartier’s in-house automatic Caliber 1904-PS MC, featuring twin barrels for enhanced stability and a 48-hour power reserve. The movement can be admired through the sapphire crystal caseback, revealing fine finishing and precise engineering — a true testament to Cartier’s horological evolution.
