This is an excellent Patek Philippe Ref. 5004G-015 Perpetual Calendar Chrono-Rattrapante 18k white gold with leather strap and deployment buckle.
Comes with the original box, pin, 2nd back and warranty papers - Vienna, WEMPE 2009.
Has got a special order black dial with stick index.
Grand Complications model.
