We are very proud to offer this ultra rare Patek Philippe made for TIFFANY and CO.in 1918.
31mm diameter.
This early 18kt cushion shape officer ref- 8 with its original enamel dial and the screwed lugs
is the first we have with an perfect dial without any crack or hairlines.
The watch has a PP extract and a gold PP buckle .
