This beautiful and very chic gentlemen PATEK has got a fine Officers case, meaning the screw lugs and the two backs of the case. One opens the back like a pocket watch to observe the fine movement under sapphire glass.
Classic complications like moon-phase and power reserve.
This model is still from the time when Herny Stern was steering PATEK PHILIPPE and so, it is different from recent PATEK watches.
