This example is the sought-after Reference 5146P-001, crafted entirely in platinum and distinguished by its elegant slate-grey dial. The 39mm case offers the proportions and restraint for which Patek Philippe is renowned, while the characteristic sector-style arrangement of the calendar indications gives the dial a refined sense of symmetry and depth.

The Annual Calendar displays the day, date and month, automatically accounting for the different lengths of the months and requiring correction only once a year, at the end of February.
