This is a very good Rolex vintage Explorer Super Prezision Underline, ref. 5500 in stainless steel with leather strap.
Manufactured in the year 1962, this is a early and very rare Explorer model.
Has got a beautiful gilted dial with a beautiful patina.
Very rare collectors item.
Legendary mountain climbers tool watch. The Explorer became famous as the watch used by Tensing Norgay and Sir Edmond Hillary, when they successfuly climed Mt.Everest in 1953.
