This is a very good Rolex vintage Daytona Cosmograph Ref.6239 in stainless steel.
Manufactured in 1968, this model has got a so called Exotic or Paul Newman dial in black build in.
Comes with a 2nd bakelith bezel for ref. 6241.
High-end collectors and investment piece.
Most wanted and iconic gentlemen chronograph for race car drivers.
The Paul Newman Daytona models are a class of its own.
No other object rose in value higher in last decades. Coming from a quite reasonable retail price of around $1.000.
