This is a very good Patek Philippe Ellipse man size Backwinder ref-3586/1 in 18k yellow gold with Milanaese bracelet.
Comes with the original box and warranty papers - St. Moritz, Gübelin, 1980.
Has got cal. 350 build in. This is a Backwinder movement with the crwon on the back side of the watch.
Also has got a personal engraving on the back side.
Very rare and well kept collectors piece.
Length of the watch with the bracelet: 20cm - Very small gold repair was done on the upper side of the bracelet, though the all over perception of the watch is more than very good.
Iconic gentleman Patek design from the late 1960s.
