This is an excellent Chronoswiss Regulateur Automatic, ref. CH 1223 in stainless steel.
Comes with the original box and warranty papers - Germany, 1997.
The Regulateur model shows the minutes with a big hand, while the hour is shown through a smal hand in the upper sub dial.
