We are pleased to present this exquisite Cartier Panthère Lady, reference 8669, crafted entirely in 18k yellow gold with gold bracelet.

Introduced in the early 1980s, the Panthère quickly became one of Cartier’s most iconic creations—an embodiment of elegance, sensuality, and refined Parisian style. Its fluid bracelet links and seamless integration with the case give the watch a distinctive jewelry-like feel while maintaining Cartier’s timeless sophistication.

This particular example, dating from 1987, represents the classic first-generation Lady size (22mm), housing a precise Cartier quartz movement. The 18k yellow gold case and bracelet exude warmth and luxury, beautifully complemented by the brilliant-cut diamond bezel, which adds just the right touch of glamour.

The dial features the unmistakable silvered satin finish with blued steel hands and black Roman numerals, framed by Cartier’s signature rail-track minute scale. The sapphire cabochon crown provides the final hallmark of Cartier’s design DNA.

Fresh from a complete Cartier service in 2025, this watch remains in excellent condition, showing only the most minimal signs of careful wear. The bracelet retains its original tension and graceful drape, and the case edges remain crisp.
