ROLEX VINTAGE MILSUB – Ref. 5513 - A Rare and Historically Important British Military-Issued Submariner 1975 —Original Fixed Bars, Sword Hands, Full 60-Minute Bezel – Unaltered Condition

We are delighted to present this excellent Rolex Military Submariner Ref. 5513 in stainless steel with a military textile strap in khaki green. T

This piece here is a true collector’s grail and one of the most iconic tool watches ever issued by the British Ministry of Defence.

Delivered in 1975 and bearing case number 3927XXX, this example was supplied directly to the Royal Navy and remains in remarkable, original and unmolested condition — retaining all key MilSub features, including fixed bars, full 60-minute bezel insert, and the correct sword hands.

The matte black dial features the coveted encircled “T”, signifying the use of tritium lume, and is paired with long minute markers and period-correct handset. The Calibre 1520 movement, with 26 jewels, remains clean and fully functional. Crucially, the bezel insert with full graduated scale — a hallmark of true MilSubs — is original and untouched.

Other defining military elements include:

- Caseback engraved outside with MOD issue numbers and the broad arrow

- Soldered fixed bars for NATO strap security

- Serial number engraved inside the case back
