ROLEX GMT-MASTER “PEPSI” – Ref. 1675 - Beautiful Vintage GMT-Master with Faded Pepsi Bezel and Gilt Glossy Dial – Stainless Steel – Circa 1966
We are pleased to offer this charismatic and very good Rolex GMT-Master, Ref. 1675, in stainless steel with stainless steel Jubilee bracelet. (1/67).
This early example features a beautifully preserved glossy black dial with gilt writing and Tritium luminous plots, showing a warm, creamy patina (some minor discolorations). The ROLEX, coronet, and depth rating are executed in elegant sunken-in gilded print, a signature detail of early GMT-Master references.
The original red and blue “Pepsi” bezel insert has aged gracefully, now showing a slightly faded, soft patina with muted tones—giving the watch an unmistakable vintage charm. The case retains strong proportions, with prominent lugs and visible chamfers.
Powered by the trusted Calibre 1565, this GMT-Master delivers classic dual time zone functionality in a form that remains as relevant today as it was in the golden age of jet travel.
A timeless Rolex icon with all the right ingredients—Tritium gilt dial, faded Pepsi bezel, and early 1675 case proportions.
