ROLEX Submariner Date “Kermit” Ref. 16610LV - Stainless Steel – Light Green Bezel – Full Set – Germany, 2009

We are pleased to offer this unpolished, excellent Rolex Submariner Date Ref. 16610LV, in stainless steel with its steel Oyster bracelet.

The model is affectionately known as the "Kermit", complete with box and warranty papers.

Introduced in 2003 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Submariner, the 16610LV marked a bold departure from tradition with its distinctive green aluminum bezel insert — here in the desirable light green tone (depending on bezel variation). The black Maxi dial features larger hour markers and broader hands, enhancing legibility while giving the watch a subtly more modern presence.

Crafted in stainless steel, this 40 mm tool watch is powered by the robust and proven Rolex caliber 3135 COSC.

This Kermit is comming with:

- Original Rolex outer and inner boxes

- Warranty certificate – Spain, Madrid, dated 2009

- Instruction and service booklets

- Green Rolex wallet and hangtags

Now discontinued, the 16610LV has become a cornerstone and a forerunner of the later build Hulk and Starbucks models with green ceramic bezel.
