Gerald Genta's porthole-inspired silhouette translates just as convincingly into the Nautilus Lady, keeping every proportion of the original 1976 design while sizing it specifically for a woman's wrist.

The stainless steel case measures a compact 35.2mm, keeping the rounded octagonal bezel and signature horizontal grooves, paired with the integrated steel bracelet and Nautilus fold-over clasp with lockable adjustment system.

The silvery opaline dial carries the collection's characteristic embossed wave pattern, with gold applied hour markers and luminescent coating for genuine legibility, plus a date window at six o’clock.

Inside runs the caliber 324 S C, Patek's own self-winding movement with a 21k gold central rotor, Gyromax balance and Spiromax balance spring, delivering up to 45 hours of power reserve, all carrying the Patek Philippe Seal.
