Inspired by the first wristwatch ever created by Abraham-Louis Breguet for Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples, the Reine de Naples collection is distinguished by its instantly recognizable oval-shaped case. This reference features a beautifully proportioned 33 x 24.95 mm case crafted entirely in solid 18k rose gold, enhanced by a bezel, dial flange, and folding clasp set with brilliant-cut diamonds. The elegant silhouette is complemented by the signature ball-shaped lug at 6 o’clock, also diamond-set, while the crown at 4 o’clock is adorned with a striking briolette-cut diamond.

The dial is made in natural white mother-of-pearl, offering a luminous and delicate appearance that changes subtly under different lighting conditions. Positioned elegantly towards the lower portion of the dial, the offset hours chapter is accompanied by Breguet’s iconic blued open-tipped hands, creating a sophisticated contrast against the shimmering pearl surface.
