Released in 2023 as a collaboration between Audemars Piguet and Travis Scott's Cactus Jack label, this Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Openworked marked the first time AP ever cased the model in brown ceramic, with 200 pieces made available commercially. Separate from that public run, Travis Scott himself received a small handful of specially inscribed examples for his personal use as part of designing the collaboration, distinct pieces that never entered general circulation.

The case back of this particular example carries a heavily engraved "SPECIALLY MADE FOR TRAVIS SCOTT" inscription, identifying it as one of these personal pieces rather than a standard commercially available unit. The folding clasp is additionally engraved with the name "Travis Scott," reinforcing the piece's personal dedication down to the bracelet itself.

The 41mm brown ceramic case houses an openworked dial revealing the skeletonized perpetual calendar movement beneath, with calendar typography based on Travis Scott's own handwriting, a day subdial shaped like the Cactus Jack logo, and a moon phase at six o'clock replaced by the brand's signature smiley motif, glowing blue or green in the dark. Unlike the standard commercial "Cactus Jack" edition, this piece is fitted with 18k rose gold screws on the octagonal bezel and on the links connecting the case to the bracelet, a personal detail that further sets it apart from the 200 publicly released examples.

Inside runs the caliber 5135, Audemars Piguet's own automatic perpetual calendar movement, delivering roughly 40 hours of power reserve, worn on a textured calfskin strap with a pink gold folding clasp.
