We are pleased to offer this excellent vintage Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 3900, crafted in stainless steel with its steel bracelet.

This midsize Nautilus carries all the design DNA of the iconic Gerald Genta original, scaled into a refined 33mm case — a piece that blends vintage sportiness with quiet sophistication.

The classic porthole-inspired case features the hallmark integrated bracelet, satin-brushed surfaces, and polished bevels throughout. The grey tritium “Sigma” dial, signed “σ SWISS σ” at 6 o’clock, is beautifully preserved with warm patinated lume plots and signature horizontal grooves — a subtle nod to its 3700 lineage.

Powered by the ultra-thin Patek Philippe quartz Caliber E23 SC, the Ref. 3900 offers reliable and precise timekeeping in a slim, wearable profile — ideal for collectors who appreciate both form and function.

This example is presented in excellent vintage condition with strong case lines, original bracelet with minimal stretch, and correct signed crown and clasp.
