We are delighted to offer this rare and distinguished Patek Philippe Calatrava, reference 3565/1, in 18K yellow gold and fitted with its original, 18k yellow gold integrated Milanese bracelet, dating from 1969.

This exceptional timepiece belongs to a highly exclusive series created by Patek Philippe for the International Organization for Standardization (IOS), produced in extremely limited numbers and presented to senior members of the organization. As such, it stands as one of the most collectible variants of the vintage Calatrava line.

The Ref. 3565/1 epitomizes the timeless design language of Patek Philippe’s late-1960s era: minimalist, elegant, and perfectly balanced.
