Released in 2021 as part of the Collection Privée Cartier Paris revival, the Tank Asymétrique reinterprets the classic Tank form with a distinctive diagonal case architecture and offset dial layout—a design that first appeared in the 1930s and remains one of the maison’s most striking horological expressions.

The platinum case, measuring approximately 47.15mm x 26.2mm, features refined brancards, a faceted blue sapphire cabochon crown, and a silvered sunray dial with slanted Arabic numerals that follow the case’s oblique geometry. Beneath the surface beats the Cartier Caliber 1917 MC, a manual-winding movement showcasing traditional watchmaking finesse and precision.
