This strictly limited edition of the legendary Royal Oak combines haute horlogerie with maritime passion. 

The “City of Sails” Alinghi Chronograph was created in honor of the Alinghi team's victory in the 2003 America's Cup - the first European team to win this prestigious regatta. A milestone that not only wrote sailing history, but also inspired the art of watchmaking.

The dial proudly bears the Alinghi logo and its dynamic design reflects the excitement and elegance of ocean sailing. The 18-carat rose gold case in combination with the original 18k rose gold bracelet, which the privious owner bought addtioinally for the watch, underlines the luxurious character of this Royal Oak, while the integrated chronograph offers maximum functionality.

The 18-carat rose gold fixed bezel is secured with 8 screws. The screw-down crown and chronograph pushers, also in 18-carat rose gold, ensure optimum water resistance and ease of use. 

The dial with white Clous de Paris tapestry pattern in the center and grey outer reserve shows the brand's attention to detail. 

This watch features a chronograph with three sub-dials: a 60-second sub-dial at 6 o'clock, a 30-minute sub-dial at 3 o'clock and a 12-hour counter at 9 o'clock. The watch is versatile and offers hour, minute, second, date and chronograph functions to suit the needs of the modern wearer. 

 The solid case back, which is secured with 8 screws, features a high-relief medallion depicting two sailing boats and the engraving “city of sails - limited edition - royal oak - 3OTH  anniversary” is attached to the solid case back, which is secured with 8 screws.  

The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak City of Sails was launched in 2003 in a limited edition of just 200 pieces to mark the 30th anniversary of the Alinghi boat competing in the America's Cup.
