This is a very good Breitling vintage Chronomat Jumbo ref. 188 in stainless steel with leather strap.
Manufactured in around 1969, this model has got a rare pre-automatic calibre Breitling-Heuer-Buren 12S. C., 17 rubies ticking.
Fantastic collectors item.
