Introduced as part of Omega’s celebrated Dark Side of the Moon collection, this reference features a bold 44.25 mm monobloc ceramic case, a technical achievement that allows the watch to remain lightweight, scratch-resistant, and visually captivating. The case is complemented by a matching black ceramic bezel with a matte tachymeter scale, paying homage to the Speedmaster’s long-standing association with motorsport and space exploration.

The all-black dial is a defining characteristic of this model. Executed in matte ceramic with applied blackened indexes and hands, it offers a stealthy yet highly detailed aesthetic. The bi-compax chronograph layout is clean and balanced, featuring a 60-minute and 12-hour counter at 3 o’clock and small seconds at 9 o’clock. Subtle Super-LumiNova accents ensure legibility without compromising the dial’s deep, uniform darkness. The contrasting finishes across the dial and case create a dramatic interplay of light, despite the watch’s monochromatic design.

This example is fitted with the black coated-nylon strap with ceramic pin buckle, completing the watch’s cohesive and unmistakably modern presence on the wrist. The strap is in excellent condition, offering both durability and comfort.

Powering the Dark Side of the Moon is Omega’s Co-Axial Caliber 9300, a sophisticated automatic chronograph movement featuring a silicon balance spring, column-wheel mechanism, and the brand’s signature Co-Axial escapement. Visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback, the movement showcases Omega’s meticulous finishing, including rhodium-plated bridges and a beautifully textured rotor. Its robust 60-hour power reserve ensures reliability through daily wear.
