Terms of Sale and Warranty

1. Our goods are shipped to you, upon receipt of payment by bank transfer or International Money Order. At this time we accept no credit cards.
 
2. We grant a one-year warranty on every watch or clock.
 
3. We allow for a 1 month return privilege, as ruled in § 3 Fernabsatzgesetz in conjunction with § 361a Abs. 1 BGB, whereby the item ca be returned with no questions asked for a full refund within four weeks of receiving the merchandise, assuming the goods are in the same condition as delivered.
 
4. We require that the consignee informs us of all damages to the delivered goods that were or might have been caused by transport within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise.
